This isn't bad work. Not even close to bad. There is, however, allways room for improvement so heres what I would suggest to make a more fluent and rich sound.

1. Employ the use of reverb and/or delay effects on leads to enforce them.

2. Use custom EQs, Mixers, Compressors and so on for each channel to help give you the precise sound you're looking for.

3. Don't take any destructive negative criticism seriously.

Thats about all the stuff I can think of that you might find of use. Hope to hear more from you.
