Wow...

The Nile vibes I'm getting from this are incredible... Then it just goes to Testament style oldschool metal...

No more talk...

5/5, 10/10

Demon-Slayer12 responds:

Hahaha, fuckin sweet man, thanks!

Hmmm

It's got a nice beat going, and the drums sound pretty good apart from the snare. Gives a little too much 80's ballad snare vibes.

I do however like the contrast of having that reverbed snare together with completely dry synths.

Overall, nice work, Rucklo.

Rucklo responds:

thanks man!
it really would need alot more work to make it more versatile, but i probably won't be doing that. or maybe i will. i dunno. :)

Deliciously heavy!

God fucking damn, those vocals really scream out bloody vengeance.

Awesome riffing, tasty drums as allways, I fucking love it. And the intro really set a contrasting mood!

Fuck yeah, you rock, BMI!

Bad-Man-Incorporated responds:

Thank you sir. Schlief will be pleased to read this as well. :D Thanks man.

Excellent work, sir.

It's got a very nice vibe all the way through so its an easy 10 from me.

Without the initial fadein, the snare wouldn't have worked aswell, but you've constructed this one very well, imo.

It's screaming to be used in a flash game!

Lovely song, Solus.

Also, be online more so I can discuss the finer points of Red Wings pwnage with you.

SolusLunes responds:

It's definitely not high-energy, but it's something you can easily chill out and space out to.

I am actually pretty happy about the percussion, I managed to make an ambient trance track without using traditional trancy percussion, it's got a slight DnB feel to it.

And I will be on moar, also wings game again on sunday :D

hmmm

its good.

but...

make that lead saw an octave higher and take it easy on the reverb for a snappier and tigher oldschool feel. just my thoughts, it still kicks quite a good amount of ass and loops well.

Nicely done... Keep it up.

CrUiZ3R responds:

Hmm.. i'll see what that octave might do. And the reverb as well. Thanks (at least someone helps >_>)

hmmmm...

i smell old riffs reused...

good shit apart from the drums needing some more work on the mixing front.

Dimoria responds:

Ofcourse my dumbass friend I even said so :P
The drums are Fine IMO though the toms could use som work.

Well...

its a brilliant song and you get alot of extra creds from me for NOT using a damn vocoder or pitchshifter and instead going for pretty natural vocals with just filters and such on the vox.

nice melodic disco / trance hybrid in my ears. ;D

itsfoxhall responds:

Thanks dude, but fyi, there was a vocorder used in the chorus on one of the voices, it didn't really make any differance cos the notes were spot on haha :)

I am staggered and amazed.

You have truly captivated emotion and story.

This music is by far the best symphonic work I have heard on newgrounds EVER!

It has the perfect forte with just the right buildup. You made an excellent piece, Zero.

You deserve nothing more than 5/5 and 10/10.

You're the man, motherfucker! ;D

Zero123Music responds:

Thanks alot Lashmush..

don't leave :'(

This makes my soul weep

The sheer brilliance and perfection of this song is staggering.

You truly managed to captivate the essence of Schala aswell as her love for the characters and her brother, Janus. This is pure, uncut heroin to my ears.

You, sir, know your shit.

You have my undying respect, dewd.

SolusLunes responds:

I love you too :D

hmmm

brilliant stuff...

but what kind of synthetic guitars do you use? the lead and rythm sound quite good actually.

Schleif responds:

i use a plugin called realstrat. starting to get a decent sound. been messing with it for months haha. thanks for checking \m/
